The Oto Melara metrology laboratories operate in compliance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards and besides accredited calibrations with the issue of the SIT certificates, they also calibrate many different types of instruments for which they issue a Test or Calibration Report.
The Test or Calibration Report is a document of Oto Melara that includes all the information required to identify the instrument, internal procedures and regulations applied, reference to National Samples available along with testing terms and results of the measurements.
Moreover the following services are available on request:

• Registration card:

The registration card is  the document on which you can find the synthetic and schematic identification of the instrument, along with the date of calibration, the location, the reference standards and the history of the checks.

• Confirmation tag:

This adhesive tag is located on an instrument that has already been calibrated and includes the following data:

• The period of validity of the instrument.
• The stamp or logo of the body that carried out calibration.
• Serial number or certificate of the instrument.
• Serial number engraving:

The lab is in charge of engraving the serial number or identification code or number on the instrument if it was not done previously.

Surveys on three-dimensional Leitz PMM devices used to measure the dimensions, shapes and geometric tolerances.

I laboratori metrologici Oto Melara, operano in conformità alla norma UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025, e oltre ad effettuare le tarature accreditate con rilascio di certificato SIT, effettuano tarature per molteplici tipi di strumenti con rilascio di Rapporto di prova o di Taratura.
Il Rapporto di Prova o di Taratura è un documento Oto Melara che contiene quanto necessario all'identificazione dello strumento, alle procedure interne e norme applicate, la riferibilità ai Campioni Nazionali, alle condizioni di prova e ai risultati delle misure.
Inoltre, su richiesta possono essere forniti i seguenti servizi:

• Scheda di registrazione:
  La scheda di registrazione è un documento che riepiloga in modo sintetico e schematico l'identificazione dello strumento, la data di calibrazione, l'ubicazione, le norme di riferimento e lo storico dei controlli.
• Etichetta di conferma:
  È una etichetta adesiva che posta sullo strumento tarato evidenzia:
• Il periodo di validità di uso dello strumento.
  
• Il timbro o il logo di chi ha effettuato la taratura.
  
• Il numero di matricola o di certificato dello strumento.
  
• Incisione N° di matricola:
  Nel caso che sullo strumento non sia inciso il numero o la sigla che lo identifica in modo univoco il laboratorio, su richiesta del committente, effettua l'incisione del numero indicato.
