Code of Ethics

The Oto Melara's Board of Directors, coherently with the guidelines adopted by Confindustria and implemented by the FINMECCANICA Group, has approved the adoption of the Company Ethical Code, whose text you will find hereunder.

Oto Melara expects that the principles contained in the Ethical Code be unfailingly observed by its own personnel as well as by its suppliers and/or all other entities with which it may have any kind of relationship.

Eventual failure to comply will have serious consequences on any existing trustworthy relationship existing and be impedimental motive for the continuation of any relation, unprejudiced the fact that they do not constitute violation of any applicable law.
