OTO MELARA PROCUREMENT POLICY
It is Oto Melara policy to supply superior quality
products and services that meet the Customers' requirements and fulfil their
expectations.
Oto Melara believes that Suppliers are key elements in its
processes with whom share responsibility for customer satisfaction.
For this purpose a specific document has been issued:
QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIES TO OTO MELARA S.p.A. RQA0001 (that can
be downloaded from the site) that summarises and supersedes all the existing
Quality Requirements applicable to supplies furnished to Oto Melara.
This document is an operative tool to be used in the
procurement process since it gives the Supplier the information necessary to
develop the supply correctly and to manage possible authorized
Sub-suppliers.
Suppliers are invited to read it attentively; in case of
doubt they can address their clarification requests to
info.suppliers@otomelara.it
POLITICA DELLA OTO MELARA NELL'AMBITO
DELL'APPROVVIGIONAMENTO
Oto Melara intende fornire prodotti e servizi di alta
qualità che soddisfino le richieste e le aspettative dei suoi Clienti;
l'Azienda crede che i Fornitori siano membri importanti dei suoi processi con
cui condividere la responsabilità della soddisfazione dei Clienti.
A questo fine è stato messo a punto il documento
DISPOSIZIONI QUALITATIVE PER LE FORNITURE AD OTO MELARA S.p.A. RQA0001
(scaricabile dal sito internet) che riassume in sé e sostituisce tutte le
Disposizioni Qualitative vigenti nell’ambito delle forniture ad Oto
Melara.
Il documento si propone di essere strumento operativo del
processo di approvvigionamento e dà al Fornitore le informazioni necessarie a
sviluppare correttamente la fornitura richiestagli nonché a gestire
adeguatamente gli eventuali Subfornitori autorizzati.
S'invitano pertanto i Fornitori a prenderne attenta
visione; in caso di dubbi essi potranno indirizzare le loro richieste di
chiarimento a info.suppliers@otomelara.it
