The handling of data relating to website services takes place at the above-mentioned head office of Oto Melara and of third parties that have been given responsibility for data handling. Law and jurisdiction
The above terms and conditions are regulated by the Italian Law.
The La Spezia Court of justice will have jurisdiction and exclusive competence in case of controversies anyhow connected to these conditions.
